It shall have at least three and no more than nine members elected and recalled by the plenary of the Supreme Administrative Court.<\/p>\n<p>Should the Judicial Council not be elected, the powers of the Judicial Council shall be exercised by the plenary of the Supreme Administrative Court.<\/p>\n<p>The Chairperson of the Judicial Council of the Supreme Administrative Court is: <strong>JUDr. Petra Pr\u00edbelsk\u00e1, PhD.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Vice-Chairman of the Judicial Council of the Supreme Administrative Court is: <strong>JUDr. Juraj Vali\u0161, LL.M.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><strong>The members of the Judicial Council of the Supreme Administrative Court are:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Mgr. Krist\u00edna Babiakov\u00e1<br \/>\nJUDr. Michal Dzurdz\u00edk, PhD.<br \/>\nJUDr. Anita Filov\u00e1<\/p>\n<h2><strong>The Judicial Council of the Supreme Administrative Court:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>expresses its opinion on the draft budget of the Supreme Administrative Court,<\/li>\n<li>discusses the report of the President of the Supreme Administrative Court on the use of budgetary resources,<\/li>\n<li>discusses the draft Work Schedule of the Supreme Administrative Court and adopts an opinion thereon,<\/li>\n<li>decides on objections from judges,<\/li>\n<li>initiating disciplinary proceedings,<\/li>\n<li>co-decides on certain salary matters for judges,<\/li>\n<li>approves the Rules of Procedure of the Judicial Council,<\/li>\n<li>at the request of the President of the Supreme Administrative Court, takes opinions on matters falling within its competence,<\/li>\n<li>decides on other matters if a special law so provides.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Judicial Council is a body of judicial self-government and participates in the management and administration of the Supreme Administrative Court of the Slovak Republic (hereinafter referred to as the &#8220;Supreme Administrative Court&#8221;).
