{"id":83815,"date":"2024-06-03T13:17:07","date_gmt":"2024-06-03T11:17:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.nssud.sk\/?page_id=83815"},"modified":"2026-04-20T14:03:01","modified_gmt":"2026-04-20T12:03:01","slug":"accessibility-statement","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.nssud.sk\/en\/accessibility-statement\/","title":{"rendered":"Accessibility Statement"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Chancellery of the Supreme Administrative Court of the Slovak Republic is interested in ensuring the accessibility of the website of the Supreme Administrative Court of the Slovak Republic (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nssud.sk\/\">www.nssud.sk<\/a>) in accordance with Act No. 95\/2019 on information technologies in public administration and on amendments and supplements to certain acts, as amended (hereinafter referred to as &#8220;Act No. 95\/2019 on ITPA&#8221;) and the relevant implementing regulations. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This Accessibility Statement applies to the website of the Supreme Administrative Court of the Slovak Republic \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nssud.sk\/\">www.nssud.sk<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Compliance Status<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This website is in partial compliance with Act No. 95\/2019 on ITPA and the relevant implementing regulations with respect to the elements of non-compliance listed below.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Inaccessible Content<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The content below is not accessible due to non-compliance with the accessibility rules according to Section 14 of the Decree of the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Slovak Republic for Investments and Informatization No. 78\/2020 on standards for information technologies in public administration, as amended.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>1.3.1 Information and relationships \u2013 when moving through elements on a web page, some elements are not read by the screen reader; in tables, the screen reader reads blank lines; some PDF documents are not tagged; some PDF documents contain blank paragraphs; some PDF documents contain blank spaces in the text; some PDF documents contain duplicate tags \u2013 a heading is marked as both a second-level heading and a third-level heading.<\/li>\n<li>1.3.2 Correct Reading Order \u2013 Letters in a word are separated by spaces created by a spacebar.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">1.4.1 Use of Colour \u2013 In some PDF documents, links are distinguished from highlighted text only by colour.<\/li>\n<li>1.4.3 Contrast (minimal) \u2013 In some PDF documents, there is not enough contrast between the text and the background.<\/li>\n<li>2.1.1 Keyboard \u2013 when moving using the keyboard, it is not possible to open the information description; when moving using the keyboard, the web page display moves to illogical places.<\/li>\n<li>2.4.2 Each page has a name \u2013 some PDF documents do not contain a descriptive and understandable name.<\/li>\n<li>2.4.3 Element navigation order \u2013 when opening content on a web page, the focus is not on the correct element.<\/li>\n<li>2.4.5 Multiple ways \u2013 some PDF documents do not have bookmarks created and do not have interactive content.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a7 18 letter i) Links to file types other than web pages \u2013 the link to the file is not supplemented with information about the file size.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Developing an Accessibility Statement<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This statement was prepared on December 19, 2025.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The assessment of the website&#8217;s compliance with the requirements of Act No. 95\/2019 on ITPA and the relevant implementing regulations was carried out by self-assessment and updated by a third-party assessment &#8211; the company pr\u00edstupne s.r.o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Statement was last updated on December 23, 2025.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Feedback and Contact Information<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">If you discover a non-compliance with the accessibility rules while browsing this website, please contact us via the email address web@nssud.sk.
