It is based on the fact that the UK has left the EU, the Supreme Administrative Court has been established in Slovakia or the possibility to use modern information technology, as demonstrated by the COVID-19 pandemic. Another important change is the fact that the Belgian law on associations and companies, under which ACA-Europe operates, has changed, and all statutes must be adapted to the new legislation by 1 January 2024 at the latest.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">With the dissolution of the Administrative Chamberand the transfer of the administrative justice agenda to the Supreme Administrative Court of the Slovak Republic, the validity of the Supreme Court&#8217;s membership of ACA-Europe will naturally cease. Thus, the Supreme Court participated in the event as a member for the last time after many years. However, as an observer, if the newly established court expresses interest in membership, it is ready to provide assistance so that continuity in this important and extremely beneficial professional foreign agenda is maintained.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Katar\u00edna Benczov\u00e1 presented at the colloquium the results of a questionnaire which focused on information management in EU administrative law in the context of the digital age.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Na valnom zhroma\u017eden\u00ed sa hlasovalo o 17 bodoch.
