The Slovak side was also represented at the meeting with Bruno Lasserre by the Vice-President of the Supreme Administrative Court, Mari\u00e1n Tren\u010dan.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/www.nssud.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/877db58e-4113-4d91-8b62-bf621d56085a.jpg\" alt=\"M\u00e1ria Kol\u00edkov\u00e1, Mari\u00e1n Tren\u010dan and the French colleagues\" width=\"1598\" height=\"1026\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">One of the competences of the French Council of State is that of administrative justice. The importance of this institution, which is a kind of equivalent of the Slovak Supreme Administrative Court, has grown considerably over the last ten years. This is due to the increasing desire to protect citizens against decisions taken by public authorities.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;The meeting with the Deputy Chairman of the State Council showed that building an independent judicial institution in the field of administrative justice in Slovakia is extremely important. I am glad that during the meeting we were able to exchange many experiences and I believe that the relations between our institutions will only progress,&#8221; said Mari\u00e1n Tren\u010dan, Vice-President of the Supreme Administrative Court, after the meeting at the headquarters of the Council of State in Paris<em>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">During her working visit on Wednesday, Minister of Justice M\u00e1ria Kol\u00edkov\u00e1 and the Slovak delegation also met with representatives of the <span lang=\"fr\">Tribunal judiciaire de Paris<\/span> and representatives of <span lang=\"fr\">La Sant\u00e9 intra muros<\/span> prison.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nadviazanie partnerstva, zbieranie sk\u00fasenost\u00ed, ale aj\u00a0rozv\u00edjanie a\u00a0posilnenie franc\u00fazsko-slovensk\u00fdch vz\u0165ahov boli cie\u013eom pracovnej n\u00e1v\u0161tevy Franc\u00fazskej republiky.
