They discussed the new challenges currently facing the courts in the fields of public health, technology and the environment.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The opening plenary session featured presentations by the French Minister of Justice, Eric Dupont-Moretti, the European Commissioner for Justice, Didier Reynders, the President of the Constitutional Council of the French Republic, Laurent Fabius, and the President of the European Court of Human Rights, Robert Spano.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Slovak delegation, which attended a two-day working programme in Paris, also included the President of the Constitutional Court of the Slovak Republic, Ivan Fia\u010dan, and the President of the Supreme Court of the Slovak Republic, J\u00e1n \u0160ikuta.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nov\u00e9 v\u00fdzvy, ktor\u00fdm \u010delia v s\u00fa\u010dasnosti najvy\u0161\u0161ieho s\u00fady \u010dlensk\u00fdch \u0161t\u00e1tov Eur\u00f3pskej \u00fanie \u010di upev\u0148ovanie pr\u00e1vneho \u0161t\u00e1tu.
