The Supreme Administrative Court of the Slovak Republic informed in its earlier press release that an audit of the Supreme Audit Office of the Slovak Republic was conducted in the Chancellery of the Supreme Administrative Court of the Slovak Republic in the years 2024 to 2025. The subject of the audit was, among other things, the management of public funds, and documents related to the lease of non-residential premises, expenditures for the acquisition of IT, passenger cars and other selected goods and services were selected for examination. The auditors analysed both capital and current expenditure (including staff expenditure) between 2021 and 2024.<\/p>\n
The audit of the Supreme Audit Office of the Slovak Republic was concluded with a record<\/strong> on the result of the audit with the fact that no violation of generally binding legal regulations by<\/strong> the Supreme Administrative Court or its Chancellery was detected.<\/p>\n On 21 March 2025, the Supreme Audit Office of the Slovak Republic published a press release on the conclusions of the audits related to the so-called judicial map and judicial reform, where the Supreme Administrative Court and its Chancellery were cited as an example of good practice.
