The decision of the Supreme Administrative Court is final,&#8221; said Viola Tak\u00e1\u010dov\u00e1, President of the Panel, during the announcement of the verdict, arguing that the court had proven that the disciplinarily accused judge is still charged with a deliberate criminal offence.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The case was decided by Disciplinary panel 33D of the Supreme Administrative Court composed of: the President of the Panel JUDr. Viola Tak\u00e1\u010dov\u00e1, PhD. (Judge-rapporteur), the Judges Mgr. Krist\u00edna Babiakov\u00e1, Prof. JUDr. Peter Pot\u00e1sch, PhD and lay judges JUDr. Kamil Baran\u00edk, PhD., LL.M. and Mgr.
