The decision of the Disciplinary panel is final.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The above-mentioned case was decided by Disciplinary panel 33D of the Supreme Administrative Court composed of: the President of the Panel, JUDr. Viola Tak\u00e1\u010dov\u00e1, PhD (Judge-rapporteur), the Judges Mgr.
