However, the judge received the parcel on 10 June 2022. In view of this, the oral hearing was possible only with the consent of the disciplinary defendant, who did not agree to it.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Supreme Administrative Court therefore adjourned the oral hearing in this disciplinary case to 5 October 2022 at 1:00 p.m.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In the disciplinary case of the President of the Judicial Council of the Slovak Republic c\/a Judge JUDr. Denisa Cvikov\u00e1, the Panel 32D of the Supreme Administrative Court is composed of: the President of the Panel JUDr. Anita Filov\u00e1, the Judges JUDr. Mari\u00e1n Fe\u010d\u00edk, JUDr. Michal Matuln\u00edk, PhD. and lay judges doc.
