By her actions, the disciplinary defendant committed a serious disciplinary offence incompatible with the office of a judge,&#8221; said Viola Tak\u00e1\u010dov\u00e1, President of the Panel, during Tuesday&#8217;s hearing.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">An appeal against the decision of the disciplinary panel is admissible and can be lodged within 15 days from the date of delivery of the disciplinary decision. If this happens, the appeal will be decided by the Disciplinary appeallate panel of the Supreme Administrative Court of the Slovak Republic.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In the disciplinary case of the President of the Regional Court in Ko\u0161ice c\/a Judge JUDr. Monika G\u00e9ciov\u00e1, PhD., the decision was taken by the Panel 33D of the Supreme Administrative Court, composed of: the President of the Panel JUDr. Viola Tak\u00e1\u010dov\u00e1, PhD., the Judges Mgr.
