The decision of the Disciplinary panel of 26 May 2017 found him guilty of a serious disciplinary offence, the decision of the Disciplinary Panel of 26 June 2017 found him guilty of a serious disciplinary offence, and the decision of the Disciplinary panel of 19 December 2017 found him guilty of a serious disciplinary offence.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In the disciplinary case Minister of Justice of the Slovak Republic c\/a Judge JUDr. Mari\u00e1n Kurinec, the decision was taken by the Panel 31D of the Supreme Administrative Court of the Slovak Republic, composed of: the President of the Panel JUDr. Zdenka Reisenauerov\u00e1, the Judges Prof. JUDr. Juraj Va\u010dok, PhD.
