The Disciplinary panel 33D decided to do so in the interests of the economy of the proceedings, as all the disciplinary motions pending against the disciplinarily accused judge are factually related.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The disciplinary cases against Judge Michal Sobolovsk\u00fd are decided by the Panel 33D of the Supreme Administrative Court of the Slovak Republic, composed of: the President of the Panel JUDr. Viola Tak\u00e1\u010dov\u00e1, PhD. the Judges Mgr. Krist\u00edna Babiakov\u00e1 (Judge-rapporteur), Prof. JUDr. Peter Pot\u00e1sch, PhD. and lay judges doc. Disciplin\u00e1rny sen\u00e1t vyhovel po\u017eiadavke, ktor\u00fa e\u0161te pred za\u010dat\u00edm okt\u00f3brov\u00e9ho \u00fastneho pojedn\u00e1vania vzniesol disciplin\u00e1rne obvinen\u00fd sudca.
