After the questioning, the Judge-rapporteur informed the parties of the documentary evidence from all the court files which form part of the joint disciplinary proceedings.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Disciplinary panel No. 33 decided to adjourn today&#8217;s hearing for the purpose of supplementing the evidence in order to prove that the instructions and measures of the management of the Bratislava V District Court had been delivered. The President of the Disciplinary Panel of the Supreme Administrative Court of the Slovak Republic adjourned the hearing to 22 March 2023, starting at 13:00. At the same time, she asked the parties to deliver the documentary evidence they had referred to during today&#8217;s hearing.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In the disciplinary case of the Council of judges at the District Court Bratislava V and the President of the District Court Bratislava V c\/a Judge JUDr. Michal Sobolovsk\u00fd, the Panel No. 33 of the Supreme Administrative Court was composed of: the President of the Panel JUDr. Viola Tak\u00e1\u010dov\u00e1, PhD., the Judges Mgr. Krist\u00edna Babiakov\u00e1 (Judge-rapporteur), Prof. JUDr. Peter Pot\u00e1sch, PhD. and lay judges JUDr. Stanislav Ga\u0148a, PhD. and Mgr.
