In addition to the judge of the Regional Court in \u017dilina, the former president of the Regional Court in \u017dilina and several judges of the Supreme Court of the Slovak Republic also testified before the panel.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The President of the Supreme Court proposed to impose a disciplinary measure in the form of a reprimand, the Minister of Justice of the Slovak Republic proposed to transfer the judge of the Supreme Court to a lower court.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The decision of the Disciplinary panel was adopted unanimously and is not subject to appeal. Detailed reasons for the decision will be given in the written version.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In the disciplinary case of the President of the Supreme Court of the Slovak Republic and the Minister of Justice of the Slovak Republic c\/a Judge JUDr. Dana W\u00e4nkeov\u00e1, the decision was taken by the Panel No. 31 of the Supreme Administrative Court, composed of: the President of the Panel Prof. JUDr. Juraj Va\u010dok, PhD. (Judge-rapporteur), the Judges JUDr. Zdenka Reisenauerov\u00e1, JUDr. Mari\u00e1n Fe\u010d\u00edk and lay Judges JUDr. Lucia Koln\u00edkov\u00e1 and Prof. JUDr. Mgr.
