However, the Disciplinary panel did not consider this conduct of the accused to constitute a disciplinary offence.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The decision of the Disciplinary panel was adopted by a 3:2 vote and is not open to appeal. Detailed reasons for the decision will be given in the written version of the decision.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In the disciplinary case of the Minister of Justice of the Slovak Republic c\/a Judge JUDr. Eva Bielikov\u00e1, the decision was taken by the Panel No. 31 of the Supreme Administrative Court of the Slovak Republic, composed of: the President of the Panel JUDr. Zdenka Reisenauerov\u00e1, the Judges Prof. JUDr. Juraj Va\u010dok, PhD. (Judge-rapporteur) and Mgr. Michal Novotn\u00fd and lay judges JUDr. Zuzana \u010c\u00ed\u017eov\u00e1 and doc.
