{"id":52323,"date":"2025-04-29T15:57:13","date_gmt":"2025-04-29T13:57:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.nssud.sk\/?p=52323"},"modified":"2026-04-21T13:23:10","modified_gmt":"2026-04-21T11:23:10","slug":"international-training-course-on-the-use-of-artificial-intelligence-in-administrative-law","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.nssud.sk\/en\/international-training-course-on-the-use-of-artificial-intelligence-in-administrative-law\/","title":{"rendered":"International training course on the use of artificial intelligence in administrative law"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>The European Judicial Training Network organized an international training course on the topic &#8220;The impact of digitalization and artificial intelligence in administrative law&#8221;, which was attended by an assistant of a judge of the Supreme Administrative Court of the Slovak Republic.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The aim of this training event was to present the functioning of modern chatbots, analyze their risks and outline the prospects for their use in judicial practice. Experts from European Union countries gave lectures on machine learning, the architecture of artificial intelligence systems and their possible shortcomings.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Practical experience was shared with the participants through three panel discussions of judges, one of which was dedicated to what digital skills judges and judicial staff should have in the new digital era.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The assistant of a judge of the local court, Michal \u017delonka, contributed to the discussion with a view on the current use of publicly available artificial intelligence tools and suggested that professional training should also focus on interactive and practical exercises.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The international professional training organized by EJTN took place on 7 and 8 April 2025 in Rome, Italy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The European Judicial Training Network organized an international training course on the topic &#8220;The impact of digitalization and artificial intelligence in administrative law&#8221;, which was attended by an assistant of a judge of the Supreme Administrative Court of the Slovak Republic.
