The meeting was held in a friendly spirit, with its primary goal being to deepen the relations built up so far between the two institutions.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">At the beginning, the participants were addressed by the Presidents of both highest administrative instances, who unanimously highlighted the significant and active cooperation of these courts. Photo \u00a9 Supreme Administrative Court of the Slovak Republic.<\/i><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The topic of the first block was the development and differences of the Czech and Slovak procedural legal regulation of administrative justice after 1993 and considerations de lege ferenda. In addition to comparing the current legal regulations in both countries, the lecturers also addressed the challenges that the administrative justice system may face in the coming years.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The second block focused on the disciplinary agenda, the current procedural legal regulation in the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic, its common elements and differences. In the context of the subject, the judges who presented also pointed out the possibilities of mutual inspiration in selected aspects of the legal regulation of disciplinary proceedings.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The professional part of the event was closed by a block whose central topic was the bias of the judge with a specific emphasis on the decision-making activity of both courts in this area. It has once again been shown how valuable the knowledge stemming from the exchange of information on the methods of protecting subjective rights in public law relations and on the functioning of both highest instances of administrative justice is.
