The management of the Supreme Court and the Supreme Administrative Court, together with the management of their Chancelleries, signed a memorandum of cooperation on July 3, 2025, the aim of which is, in addition to a more significant exchange of information, knowledge and experience, to create the conditions for further joint steps in specific areas.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The signing of the memorandum is based on the good relations between the two highest judicial instances to date. A specific agreed area of \u200b\u200bfuture cooperation is mutual cooperation and the development of activities related to the potential joint seat of the parties to the memorandum.<\/p>\n

The meeting also opened issues related to the competence panel, which is a joint panel of both institutions, as well as the topic of possible cooperation at the level of information technology departments or both institutional libraries.<\/p>\n

In addition to the above, cooperation was also established at the level of analytical departments, which will undoubtedly have a positive impact on the quality of judicial decision-making itself.<\/p>\n

The court management also agreed to continue the tradition of joint professional symposia, with the next one to be held on the topic of the impacts of bankruptcy and restructuring in civil litigation and judicial administrative proceedings.<\/p>\n

The agreed areas of cooperation should contribute to better fulfilling the mission of justice at the highest instance level.<\/p>\n
