The delegation was led by the President of the AJSE Programme Committee, former President of the Supreme Administrative Court of the Kingdom of Thailand, Professor Dr. Charnchai Sawangsagdi. The delegation was received by the Vice-President of the Supreme Administrative Court, Mari\u00e1n Tren\u010dan, and judges Peter Pot\u00e1sch and Michal Matuln\u00edk.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">At the beginning of the meeting, the Vice-President of the Supreme Administrative Court, Mari\u00e1n Tren\u010dan, presented the structure of the local court, its main agenda and the broad scope of decision-making activities. He particularly focused on the composition and powers of the individual panels of the Supreme Administrative Court and also mentioned the quantitative scope of decision-making since the establishment of the court.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Judge Peter Pot\u00e1sch then briefed the participants on the judicial reform, which included the establishment of the Supreme Administrative Court. He discussed in more detail the structure of administrative justice in Slovakia and the details of the administrative trial process.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The participants were surprised by the information about the electronic allocation of court files.
