As a part of gaining experiences, they exchanged academic environment for highest judicial institutions. Besides the Supreme Administrative Court, they also visited Supreme Court of the Slovak Republic.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">About thirty students from three Slovak law faculties &#8211; from Bratislava, Trnava and Ko\u0161ice, were greeted by the President of the Supreme Administrative Court, Pavol Na\u010f. \u201cThe Supreme Administrative Court is guarantor of judicial control over public-law relations. Citizen can be assured that there is someone to turn to and to rely on\u201d, explained Pavol Na\u010f the main mission of this Court. Photo \u00a9 Supreme Administrative Court of the Slovak Republic.<\/i><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Law students, mostly from the upper years of law faculties, were subsequently informed by judicial assistants, Petra Janekov\u00e1 and Michal \u017delonka, with the structure and scope of the agenda of the\u00a0Supreme Administrative Court\u00a0\u2013 particularly its cassation and disciplinary competences.\u00a0Another part of their presentation focused on the mechanisms for unifying the decision-making practice of administrative courts by Supreme Administrative Court, as well as work of judges, judicial assistants, and the actual handling of case files.\u00a0The final part was about discussion, during which the students asked specific and informed questions not only concerning decision-making but also career paths and the practical functioning of the Court.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On the 6th of November 2025, students from the independent professional association\u00a0European Law Students Association (ELSA) visited the Supreme Administrative Court of the Slovak Republic.
