It acquitted her of disciplinary charges in fifteen cases.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">According to the Panel of the Supreme Administrative Court, the disciplinary accused judge committed multiple disciplinary offenses by violating her obligation to perform her duties conscientiously and to act smoothly in assigned cases without unnecessary delays. The Disciplinary Panel imposed a cumulative disciplinary measure on her for this \u2013 a reduction in her official salary by 20% for a period of 4 months.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In another fifteen acts, the Panel of the Supreme Administrative Court acquitted the disciplinary accused from disciplinary motions. In relation to one act, it was partly not proven that it has happened and partly that it was not disciplinary offense, while the other acts in question were not disciplinary offenses.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No appeal is admissible against the decision.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The decision was made by the Panel No. 31D of the Supreme Administrative Court, composed of: President of the Panel JUDr. Zuzana \u0160abov\u00e1, PhD., the Judges Prof. JUDr. PhDr. Peter Pot\u00e1sch, PhD., Mgr. Michal Novotn\u00fd and lay judges Mgr.
