Together with Tom\u00e1\u0161 G\u00e1bri\u0161, we looked at the beginnings of administrative justice in Slovakia after 1918 and gradually addressed individual historical milestones in its development to date. The guest is legal historian Tom\u00e1\u0161 G\u00e1bri\u0161.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We begin our conversation with legal historian Tom\u00e1\u0161 G\u00e1bri\u0161 with the first law that established the Supreme Administrative Court in 1918. We will take a closer look at the values \u200b\u200bof the then Supreme Administrative Court, its powers, and what changed after the collapse of the first Czechoslovak Republic. You will learn how judges ruled during the independent Slovak State, as well as which representatives of the judiciary participated in the Slovak National Uprising.
