It will be a new format of communication with both the professional and lay public.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The primary goal of the Administrative Podcast is to create a space for debate about administrative justice, its essence, specifics, history, present, issues related to judicial control of public administration, but also general topics related to the judiciary. The interviews will also touch on the goals, tasks and challenges of the Supreme Administrative Court. Our ambition is to address both lawyers and the general public interested in topics of justice. The podcast will bring interviews with prominent figures not only in administrative justice, but also in justice as such, legal science or practice.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The guest of the first episode is Josef Baxa, the founder of the Supreme Administrative Court of the Czech Republic and the current President of the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic. The episode describes the beginnings of administrative justice in the first Czechoslovak Republic and its development in the new democratic conditions after the revolution in 1989. In the episode, Josef Baxa recalls how administrative legislation was created in the new regime and how the Czech Supreme Administrative Court was founded.
