According to the decision of the Disciplinary Panel, he thus committed a serious disciplinary offense, for which he was imposed a summary disciplinary measure &#8211; a fine of EUR 5,500.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The decision of the Disciplinary Panel was adopted unanimously.
