The Disciplinary Panel finds a judge of the Bratislava III District Court guilty
By his actions he culpably violated the duty of a judge consisting in his being bound by the legal opinion of the Court of Appeal (Section 391(2) of Act No. 160/2015 Coll., the Civil Procedure Code), as a result of which he culpably violated his duty to act conscientiously in the assigned case (Section 30(4) of Act No. 385/2000 Coll., on Judges and Adjudicators), despite the fact that he had been ordered to act conscientiously by the decision of the Disciplinary appellate panel of 4 April 2015. The decision of the Disciplinary Panel of 26 May 2017 found him guilty of a serious disciplinary offence, the decision of the Disciplinary Panel of 26 June 2017 found him guilty of a serious disciplinary offence, and the decision of the Disciplinary Panel of 19 December 2017 found him guilty of a serious disciplinary offence.
