The Disciplinary Panel 33D of the Supreme Administrative Court of the Slovak Republic was also due to hear today another disciplinary motion against Michal Sobolovský, a judge of the Bratislava V District Court (file no. 33D/5/2022). The judge requested that the hearing in this legal case be postponed to a new date. Firstly, on the ground that the statutory 10-day time limit had not been complied with, as he had been notified electronically of the date of the hearing on 1 June 2022 and the time limit would expire on 11 June 2022. The judge of the District Court Bratislava V, Michal Sobolovský, also notified the Disciplinary Panel that he would deliver to it a proposal for the examination of witnesses and indicate the circumstances on which he proposed to examine the witnesses. At the same time, the President of the Panel ordered a new oral hearing date in this matter to be held on August 3, 2022.
