The oral hearing with Judge Andrea Haitová was adjourned

“The Disciplinary Panel adjourned today’s hearing due to the need to take further evidence. The Panel was also presented with new evidence at today’s hearing, which it needs to get acquainted with,” said Anita Filová, President of the Panel of the Supreme Administrative Court of the Slovak Republic, after the end of the hearing.

Four witnesses were also heard at today’s disciplinary hearing. The defence counsel for the disciplinary defendant proposes to hear others, adding that the Disciplinary Panel will still consider the merits of the proposal to supplement the evidence by questioning witnesses.

In the disciplinary case of the President of the Judicial Council of the Slovak Republic c/a Judge JUDr. Andrea Haitová, the Panel 32D of the Supreme Administrative Court is composed of: the President of the Panel JUDr. Anita Filová, the Judges JUDr. Marián Fečík, JUDr. Michal Matulník, PhD. and lay judges JUDr. Michaela Kajabová and prof. JUDr. Tomáš Strémy, PhD.
