The oral hearing with Judge Denisa Cviková was adjourned

“The parcel was deposited at the post office because the disciplinary defendant was not present since 24 May, almost one month before the date of the oral hearing,” said Anita Filová, the president of the Panel of the Supreme Administrative Court of the Slovak Republic. However, the judge received the parcel on 10 June 2022. In view of this, the oral hearing was possible only with the consent of the disciplinary defendant, who did not agree to it.

The Supreme Administrative Court therefore adjourned the oral hearing in this disciplinary case to 5 October 2022 at 1:00 p.m.

In the disciplinary case of the President of the Judicial Council of the Slovak Republic c/a Judge JUDr. Denisa Cviková, the Panel 32D of the Supreme Administrative Court is composed of: the President of the Panel, JUDr. Anita Filová, the Judges JUDr. Marián Fečík, JUDr. Michal Matulník, PhD. and lay judges doc.
