The Supreme Administrative Court of the Slovak Republic found a judge of the Specialized Criminal Court guilty of eight acts of disciplinary misconduct and acquitted her of fifteen acts
On December 18, 2025, the Disciplinary Panel of the Supreme Administrative Court, by its decision in case file no. 31D/2/2025, found the judge of the Specialized Criminal Court, JUDr. Pamela Záleská, guilty of disciplinary offenses in eight cases. It acquitted her of disciplinary charges in fifteen cases.
According to the Panel of the Supreme Administrative Court, the disciplinary accused judge committed multiple disciplinary offenses by violating her obligation to perform her duties conscientiously and to act smoothly in assigned cases without unnecessary delays. The Disciplinary Panel imposed a cumulative disciplinary measure on her for this – a reduction in her official salary by 20% for a period of 4 months.
In another fifteen acts, the Panel of the Supreme Administrative Court acquitted the disciplinary accused from disciplinary motions. In relation to one act, it was partly not proven that it has happened and partly that it was not disciplinary offense, while the other acts in question were not disciplinary offenses.
No appeal is admissible against the decision.
