Judge Peter Potásch presents the activities of the local court in Budapest

On the 4th of March 2024, Peter Potásch, Judge of the Supreme Administrative Court of the Slovak Republic, participated in an educational event for lawyers from several European countries at the invitation of the Central European Academy (University of Miskolc).

The main topic of the event was legal comparative studies of selected legal institutes. Judge Potásch gave a lecture at the event, the subject of which was, among other things, the legal regime of the establishment of the Supreme Administrative Court, its competence, its personnel, as well as general issues related to the reform of the administrative judicial system in the Slovak Republic. Special attention was paid to the importance of the Grand panel of the Supreme Administrative Court, the disciplinary agenda, as well as selected decisions of the Supreme Administrative Court, with particular emphasis on cases with an international law aspect or an aspect of the law of the European Union.
