Component name:	Component 15 – Judicial reform
Aim of the project:	The aim of the support is to create and support analytical capacities ensuring the production of research, legal analyses, strengthening the documentation of decisions, monitoring the decision-making activities of the European Court of Human Rights and the Court of Justice of the European Union and increasing the potential of membership in international networks in order to improve the quality of the court’s own decisions as well as in unifying the case-law of the courts in Slovakia. Furthermore, analytical work has the potential to contribute to speeding up the delivery of judgments in individual cases and to increasing legal certainty and access to prompt justice for citizens and clients of the courts.
