Head of Chancellery

The Head of the Chancellery of the Supreme Administrative Court of the Slovak Republic (hereinafter referred to as “the Chancellery”) is the statutory body of the Chancellery, manages it, acts on its behalf and is responsible for its activities. The Head of the Chancellery shall be the Secretary-General of the Service Office and the most senior staff member of all the staff of the Chancellery. The Head of the Chancellery is appointed and dismissed by the President of the Supreme Administrative Court of the Slovak Republic, to whom he/she is responsible for its activities.

On 1st September 2026, JUDr. Janette Šamová, MBA, a lawyer and human resources specialist, became Head of the Chancellery. Previously, she worked as director of human resources at the National Bank of Slovakia and as executive director for legal services and human resources; she later managed the personnel department at the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic and at the Slovak Trade Inspection Authority.
