The Chancellery of the Supreme Administrative Court of the Slovak Republic is interested in ensuring the accessibility of the website of the Supreme Administrative Court of the Slovak Republic (www.nssud.sk) in accordance with Act No. 95/2019 on information technologies in public administration and on amendments and supplements to certain acts, as amended (hereinafter referred to as “Act No. 95/2019 on ITPA”) and the relevant implementing regulations.

This Accessibility Statement applies to the website of the Supreme Administrative Court of the Slovak Republic – www.nssud.sk.

This website is in partial compliance with Act No. 95/2019 on ITPA and the relevant implementing regulations with respect to the elements of non-compliance listed below.

Inaccessible Content

The content below is not accessible due to non-compliance with the accessibility rules according to Section 14 of the Decree of the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Slovak Republic for Investments and Informatization No. 78/2020 on standards for information technologies in public administration, as amended.

  • 1.3.1 Information and relationships – when moving through elements on a web page, some elements are not read by the screen reader; in tables, the screen reader reads blank lines; some PDF documents are not tagged; some PDF documents contain blank paragraphs; some PDF documents contain blank spaces in the text; some PDF documents contain duplicate tags – a heading is marked as both a second-level heading and a third-level heading.
  • 1.3.2 Correct Reading Order – Letters in a word are separated by spaces created by a spacebar.
  • 1.4.1 Use of Colour – In some PDF documents, links are distinguished from highlighted text only by colour.
  • 1.4.3 Contrast (minimal) – In some PDF documents, there is not enough contrast between the text and the background.
  • 2.1.1 Keyboard – when moving using the keyboard, it is not possible to open the information description; when moving using the keyboard, the web page display moves to illogical places.
  • 2.4.2 Each page has a name – some PDF documents do not contain a descriptive and understandable name.
  • 2.4.3 Element navigation order – when opening content on a web page, the focus is not on the correct element.
  • 2.4.5 Multiple ways – some PDF documents do not have bookmarks created and do not have interactive content.
  • § 18 letter i) Links to file types other than web pages – the link to the file is not supplemented with information about the file size.
