The Disciplinary panel adjourns the hearing with Judge Michal Sobolovský indefinitely

Viola Takáčová, the president of the Panel 33D, adjourned the hearing indefinitely, as another disciplinary panel of the Supreme Administrative Court of the Slovak Republic must first decide on the objections of partiality raised by the disciplinary defendant directly at today’s hearing.

Prior to the adjournment of Wednesday’s hearing, the Disciplinary panel 33D also decided to discontinue the proceedings on the points that are being decided in other of the five disciplinary proceedings.

The disciplinary case was decided by the Disciplinary panel 33D of the Supreme Administrative Court composed of: the President of the Panel JUDr. Viola Takáčová, PhD., the Judges Mgr. Kristína Babiaková (Judge-rapporteur), Prof. JUDr. PhDr. Peter Potásch, PhD. and lay judges doc. JUDr. Martina Jánošíková, PhD. and JUDr. Michaela Kajabová.
