The Disciplinary panel adjourns the hearing with Judge Dalibor Miľan to 5 October 2022

Zdenka Reisenauer, President of the Panel 31D of the Supreme Administrative Court of the Slovak Republic, cited the advanced time and the need to carry out further procedural acts, including the granting of closing arguments and the last word, as the reasons for the adjournment of today’s hearing.

In the disciplinary case the President of the Zvolen District Court c/a Judge Mgr. Dalibor Miľan, the Panel 31D of the Supreme Administrative Court is composed of: the President of the Panel JUDr. Zdenka Reisenauerová, the Judges Mgr. Michal Novotný, Prof. JUDr. Juraj Vačok, PhD. (Judge-rapporteur) and lay judges Mgr. Marianna Leontiev and Mgr. Eva Kováčechová.
