The hearing with Judges Andrea Haitová and Ivona Hrčeková is adjourned to 7 November 2022

During Wednesday’s hearing, the defence counsel for the disciplinarily charged judge, JUDr. Andrea Hait, submitted new motions to the Panel for the taking of evidence, including a motion to hear additional witnesses.

The President of the Panel of the Supreme Administrative Court of the Slovak Republic, Anita Filová, adjourned today’s oral hearing to 7 November 2022, starting at 11:00 a.m., for the purpose of conducting further evidence.

In the disciplinary case of the Minister of Justice of the Slovak Republic c/a Judges JUDr. Andrea Haitová and JUDr. Ivona Hrčeková, the Panel 32D of the Supreme Administrative Court is composed of: the President of the Panel JUDr. Anita Filová (Judge-rapporteur), the Judges JUDr. Marián Fečík, JUDr. Michal Matulník, PhD. and lay judges JUDr. František Sedlačko, PhD., LL.M. and JUDr. Martina Jánošíková, PhD.
