Disciplinary cases of a judge of the Bratislava V District Court shall be decided by the Disciplinary Panel in a joint proceeding

Disciplinary Panel 33D by resolution joined four disciplinary cases for joint proceedings, namely: the President of the District Court Bratislava V c/a Judge JUDr. Michal Sobolovský (Case No. 32 D 11/2021), the President of the District Court Bratislava V c/a Judge JUDr. Michal Sobolovský (Case No. 32 D 12/2021), the President of the District Court Bratislava V c/a Judge JUDr. Michal Sobolovský (Case No. 33 D 5/2022) and the Council of judges of the District Court Bratislava V c/a Judge JUDr. Michal Sobolovský (Case No. 33 D 9/2021). The Disciplinary Panel 33D decided to do so in the interests of the economy of the proceedings, as all the disciplinary motions pending against the disciplinarily accused judge are factually related. ia.
