Judge of the Pezinok District Court is exempted from the disciplinary motion

In her disciplinary motion, the applicant alleged that the judge violated the principles of judicial ethics because of her inappropriate conduct or demeanor. However, the Disciplinary Panel did not consider this conduct of the accused to constitute a disciplinary offence.

The decision of the Disciplinary Panel was adopted by a 3:2 vote and is not open to appeal. Detailed reasons for the decision will be given in the written version of the decision.
