An amendment to the Collective Agreement is coming in effect at the Supreme Administrative Court of the Slovak Republic

Monika Valašiková, President of the Supreme Administrative Court, and Janette Šamová, Head of the Chancellery of the Supreme Administrative Court, have signed an amendment to the Collective Agreement with the President of the Trade Union Organisation at the Chancellery of the Supreme Administrative Court, whereby the provision of paragraph 7 of Article III is removed, which allowed employees to have a permitted type of pet at the workplace under specified conditions.

The amendment to the Collective Agreement enters into force on 3rd September 2026.

The management of the Supreme Administrative Court and its Chancellery have also terminated the cooperation agreement with the provider of massage services for staff at the Chancellery premises.
