Disciplinary proceedings against Judge Otília Doláková were discontinued

The Disciplinary panel of the Supreme Administrative Court of the Slovak Republic decided on the disciplinary motion of the Minister of Justice of the Slovak Republic in the following manner due to non-compliance with the one-year subjective time limit for filing a disciplinary motion against the accused judge. The decision of the Disciplinary panel is final.

The above-mentioned case was decided by Disciplinary panel 33D of the Supreme Administrative Court composed of: the President of the Panel, JUDr. Viola Takáčová, PhD (Judge-rapporteur), the Judges Mgr. Kristína Babiaková, Prof. JUDr. PhDr. Peter Potásch, PhD. and lay judges JUDr. Stanislav Gaňa, PhD. and JUDr. František Sedlačko, PhD., LL.M.
