“The Supreme Administrative Court, pursuant to Section 22(1) of the Judges Act and Section 46(5) of the Disciplinary Procedure Code, amends the decision of the Disciplinary panel of 6 November 2020 by temporarily suspending, pursuant to Section 40 of the Disciplinary Procedure Code, the performance of the duties of the office of Judge of the District Court Bratislava I, JUDr. Otília Doláková, until the final conclusion of the criminal prosecution in which she was charged. The decision of the Supreme Administrative Court is final,” said Viola Takáčová, President of the Panel, during the announcement of the verdict, arguing that the court had proven that the disciplinarily accused judge is still charged with a deliberate criminal offence.
