Statement of the highest judicial institutions of the Slovak Republic on the current events in Ukraine

The representatives of the highest judicial institutions are sensitive to the armed conflict in Ukraine. They point out that the war immediately threatens the access of Ukrainian citizens to the administration of justice.
The Constitutional Court of the Slovak Republic, the Supreme Administrative Court of the Slovak Republic and the Supreme Court of the Slovak Republic condemn the attack of the Russian Federation on Ukraine as a sovereign state. They see it as a violation of international law, of the principles of the United Nations Charter and, last but not least, of the idea and essence of democracy.
