The oral hearing with Judge Denisa Cviková adjourned

The reason for the adjournment of the oral hearing was the need to take further evidence and, consequently, to consider the possible interruption of the disciplinary proceedings.

At today’s disciplinary hearing, the Disciplinary panel, following the presentation of the disciplinary petition by the Petitioner, heard the disciplinary charge and reviewed the documentary evidence.

In the disciplinary case of the President of the Judicial Council of the Slovak Republic c/a Judge JUDr. Denisa Cviková, the Panel 32D of the Supreme Administrative Court of the Slovak Republic is composed of: the President of the Panel JUDr. Anita Filová, the Judges JUDr. Marián Fečík, JUDr. Michal Matulník, PhD. (Judge-rapporteur) and lay judges doc. JUDr. Diana Treščáková, PhD. and JUDr. Kamil Baraník, PhD., LL.M.
