The signing of the memorandum expands the network of cooperation with another law faculty

The management of the Supreme Administrative Court of the Slovak Republic and its Chancellery signed a memorandum of mutual cooperation with the Faculty of Law of the Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice.

This is the fourth memorandum with a Slovak law faculty. The Supreme Administrative Court and its Chancellery have previously signed such memoranda with the Faculty of Law of Trnava University in Trnava, the Faculty of Law at Comenius University in Bratislava, and the Faculty of Law of the Pan-European University in Bratislava (Establishing cooperation with three law faculties – Najvyšší správny súd Slovenskej republiky).

“The memorandum has created a framework for cooperation that will positively contribute to fulfilling the mission of the Supreme Administrative Court,” said the President of the court, Pavol Naď, after signing the memorandum.

Students of the Faculty of Law of Pavol Jozef Šafárik University will have the opportunity to actively participate in the operation of the analytical activities department to a limited extent through free professional student internships. The signing of the memorandum also opens up opportunities for university teachers, researchers, judges of the Supreme Administrative Court, and other employees of the Office of the Supreme Administrative Court interested in connecting with academia.
