The Supreme Administrative Court of the Slovak Republic is led by JUDr. Monika Valašiková, PhD., LL.M.

Monika Valašiková, a judge at the Supreme Administrative Court, has become its new president. The President of the Slovak Republic, Peter Pellegrini, appointed her to the post on 27th August 2026, following her election as President by the Judicial Council of the Slovak Republic on 11th August 2026. Monika Valašiková will lead the Supreme Administrative Court for the next five years.
Immediately after taking office, the President of the Supreme Administrative Court dismissed JUDr. Zuzana Zlámalová from her post as Head of the Chancellery of the Supreme Administrative Court.
