Pavol Naď: I am pleased with the optics with which our foreign partners view the Supreme Administrative Court
During the meeting, the President of the Court presented to Ambassador Gabrielle Sancisi the achievements of the Supreme Administrative Court of the Slovak republic so far, as well as its competences. In particular, he highlighted the willingness and active commitment of the Court’s judges, whose work contributes to the reputation of the institution.

“During the meeting with the ambassador, the topic of the establishment and functioning of our court was smoothly transferred to the cooperation between the Supreme Administrative Court and the Dutch Embassy in Slovakia in the field of exchange of examples of good practice between the Slovak and the Dutch side, for example, in the topic of communication between the court and the judges externally,” said the president of the court, Pavol Naď, after the meeting, who added that he was sincerely pleased with the interest of the Dutch ambassador. He added that possible cooperation would be beneficial for both sides.

The Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, H.E. Gabriella Sancisi, thanked the President and the Vice-President of the Supreme Administrative Court for a very productive and constructive meeting and for clarifying the tasks and objectives of the Court for the coming period. She also congratulated the judges and staff of the Court for its successful establishment and for the progressive handling of the voluminous agenda that falls under the jurisdiction of the Supreme Administrative Court. “I appreciate the court’s efforts to ensure transparency in the court’s activities and improve communication with the public, media and litigants. Our Embassy is pleased to contribute to the continuation of good cooperation and exchange of information and experience between the Slovak and Dutch judiciaries,” said Ambassador Sancisi.
The meeting was also attended by Marián Trenčan, Vice-President of the Court, and Daniel Staruch, Director of the Office of the President of the Court.
