The Disciplinary Panel discontinues the disciplinary proceedings against Judge Denisa Cviková

The Disciplinary Panel suspended the disciplinary proceedings until the final conclusion of the criminal prosecution, which is being conducted at the The National Crime Agency of the Presidium of the Police Force, Department West (ČVS: PPZ-139/NKA-ZA2-2021), since criminal proceedings are being conducted against the disciplined judge for the offence for which the disciplinary proceedings were initiated.
