The Disciplinary Panel adjourns the disciplinary proceedings against the judge of the District Court Bratislava V

At today’s oral hearing, Disciplinary Panel No. 33 carried out further procedural acts, namely the questioning of a witness who was proposed to be questioned by the disciplinary accused judge as well as by the President of the District Court Bratislava V. After the questioning, the Judge-rapporteur informed the parties of the documentary evidence from all the court files which form part of the joint disciplinary proceedings.

Disciplinary Panel No 33 decided to adjourn today’s hearing for the purpose of supplementing the evidence in order to prove that the instructions and measures of the management of the Bratislava V District Court had been delivered. The President of the Disciplinary Panel of the Supreme Administrative Court of the Slovak Republic adjourned the hearing to 22 March 2023, starting at 13:00. At the same time, she asked the parties to deliver the documentary evidence they had referred to during today’s hearing.
