The Supreme Administrative Court of the Slovak Republic and the Supreme Court of the Slovak Republic open joint strategic topics

The first meeting of the leadership of the Supreme Administrative Court and the Supreme Court, including the leadership of their Chancelleries, took place on Thursday, June 5, 2025, since the election of the new President of the Supreme Court, František Mozner. Initiating the meeting, the President of the Supreme Court emphasized the exceptional relations between the two courts to date, which deserve to be preserved and further developed.

“We have opened up current issues that connect both courts,” stated the President of the Supreme Administrative Court Pavol Naď. In the near future, the signing of a joint memorandum is being prepared, which will set out the areas of mutual cooperation for the nearest period. The constructive discussion also concerned joint education, activities in the legislative area and negotiations with the Ministry of Finance with the aim of stabilizing the employees of the Chancelleries.

At the meeting, the Presidents of the Courts agreed that the cooperation of the Supreme Administrative Court and the Supreme Court would be intensive and regular. Intensive contact should also continue at the level of the management of the Chancelleries of both courts.
